Northern California and Central Valley Recovery Housing Expansion Program
To provide recovery housing and peer support for individuals experiencing homelessness, or at-risk of experiencing homelessness, with an opioid use disorder and/or stimulant use disorder, or with a demonstrated history of opioid or stimulant misuse in order to facilitate continued engagement in treatment and related recovery support services.

Center for Care Innovations Addiction Treatment Starts Here Learning and Network Collaborative
To increase access to addiction treatment for opioid use disorder and stimulant use disorder by working with community health center sites to establish MAT programs in primary care, and leveraging a peer group focused on innovation and resilience through an 18-month learning and networking collaborative.
UC Davis Train the Trainer Fellowship
To provide support to the UC Davis Train the Trainer Primary Care Pain Management Fellowship as it expands.

SUN Community Outreach Training
Supports six Sacramento-based community organizations in their crisis response and community-level outreach, and to be a bridge between their community and the health system.
Asian Pacific Partners for Empowerment, Advocacy, and Leadership Brief
Supports assessment of readiness levels and development of policy recommendations for addressing opioids through an equity lens, and to reduce opioid disparities in Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander communities.
Equitable Prevention and Education
Supports outreach and prevention activities to reduce stigma and increase community understanding of opioid user disorder and substance use disorder, and acceptance of MAT in communities of color disproportionately impacted by opioid use disorder and substance use disorder.
Hub and Spoke Support
Supports hubs and spokes in Fresno, Solano, Contra Costa and San Francisco counties to continue providing patient services.
MAT Services for All
Supports start-up and enhancement efforts for MAT programs.

Provides gap funding for four residential treatment facilities in California’s northern counties as they finalize their Drug Medi-Cal Organized Drug System waiver certification.

Community Media Strategy
Partnership with Media Solutions and three community media groups – California Black Media, Crossings TV and Radio Bilingüe – to create a culturally competent media campaign that promotes access and prevention education with underserved communities. The campaign complements the statewide media strategy and engages, educates and equips communities with resonant messaging and stories. It builds a narrative of stigma reduction and empathetic understanding of opioid use disorder and MAT services.
